✦ Are your cakes suitable for kids?

• Yes! Our Oreo, Mint Oreo, Kinder Bueno and Milo Tiramisus do not contain any alcohol nor coffee hence kids can enjoy them as well (:

✦ What is cold whisked matcha?

• All our matcha lattes are whisked with cold milk instead of water, giving it a creamier and richer taste

✦ Are your products halal? 

• They are not halal certified but we do not use any alcohol or meat products hence Muslim-friendly

✦ How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

• Our delivery days are Tuesday - Sunday between 11am to 7pm
• Self-collection at Northshore Plaza is available after 7pm

✦ What are the return / exchange policies? 

• Due to hygiene concerns, there are strictly no returns and exchanges allowed
